Indian sub-continent was one of the territories ruled by many richest monarchs in the time of monarchism after the second world war and the emergence of nation state concept brought the change in this field and state occupied the welfare system mainly. But a amenable affairs that for the course of British colonial deprivation and resources plundering and Pakistani aggressive deprivation to make noticed the limitless deficiency of resources. In one hand the lack of state noble intention and in other hand the deficiency of resources couldn’t create remarkable un exemplary as atmosphere in the conventional welfare regime of the country. The Welfare Model of Esping Andersen :-
The three models of welfare state have emerged recently:-
(1) Liberal model
(2) Conservative model
(3) Social-democratic model

Esping Andersen explain his models on the basis of two issue:-
(a) The degree of de-commodification :-
The De-commodification occurs when a services is rendered as a matter of right and when a person can maintain a livelihood with out reliance on the market.

(1) Liberal model :
