Simply, labor refers a physical work and laborer refers a people, who involves with physical work. However, in labor law, Labor means any work done by a person employed in any establishment or industry either directly or through a contract to do any skilled, unskilled, manual, technical work for wages , but does not include the work done in managerial or administrative sector. Law is a set of rules enforced by the sovereign political authority and recognized by the states people for the welfare of states people & their rights.
